Terms of service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Novalyn browser extension and this website (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, or by buying a licence, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Novalyn is
Novalyn is a Chrome extension that helps you relist your own Vinted listings in bulk. Because Vinted has no one-tap relist, Novalyn creates a copy of a listing (photos and details included) and then removes the original, archiving a backup first. Novalyn is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted.
3. Your licence
When you buy a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for unlimited relisting on your own Vinted account(s).
- You must not share, publish, resell or redistribute your licence key.
- You must not attempt to tamper with, disable or get around the licence check.
- A licence is for one person; you are responsible for keeping your key confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Novalyn only on listings and accounts that belong to you, and in a way that complies with the rules of the marketplace you use it with and applicable law. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service on someone else's account or listings without their permission;
- use the Service to scrape, harvest or act on data you are not entitled to;
- attempt to defeat any security, rate-limiting, CAPTCHA or verification mechanism;
- use the Service in a way that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
5. Your responsibility and account risk
Relisting is a decision you make, on your own account and at your own risk. Marketplaces may restrict or penalise automated or bulk activity, and their rules and behaviour can change at any time. Novalyn is built to be cautious — it stops if the marketplace signals a verification check, and it paces requests — but it cannot make bulk relisting risk-free or guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for how you use it.
6. Availability and changes
The Service depends on third-party websites that we do not control and that change often. We may update, change or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will work with every version of a marketplace's website, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Price, payment and renewal
Prices are shown on our pricing page and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment.
A Lifetime licence does not expire and is not renewed. It grants unlimited relisting for as long as we offer the Service and it remains able to work with Vinted. We do not warrant that the Service will work indefinitely or for any particular period: it depends on Vinted, a third-party platform that may change its site, its interfaces or its rules at any time and without notice to us. See sections 10 and 11.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time using the Stripe Billing Portal link in your receipt, and it will not renew after the current period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its code and its branding remain ours (or our licensors'). These terms grant you a licence to use the Service, not ownership of it. “Vinted” and other third-party names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the Service works with.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, listings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms (for example, by sharing a key or misusing the Service).
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Belgium or, if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
